The company based in Canada employs well over 100 employees and is a market leader in protective linings and coatings. Below are the descriptions of the workers the company required:-
Job Order: 17 rubber liner skilled works
1. Contract Period: 2 years work permit, after which company will apply Canada PR for workers and family members.
2. Salary: CAD$21.50/Hr (40hrs per week). Total: CAD$3440/mth
3. Bonus: The company pays annual bonus based on profits.
4. Insurance: The company provides a private medical insurance plan for their employees
5. Pension: The company pays S$15 per week, employee also matches
6. Air ticket: The company will pay for the worker, wife and children.
7. Car: A rental car will be provided by the company for the first 3 months.
8. Food: Food will be borne by the worker.
9. Accommodation: Housing will be borne by the worker. We will assist the worker to find a suitable housing.
Requirements:
Age range from 21 to 40 years old
1 to 5 years of rubber lining experience
Driving license
Some knowledge of English
Willing to emigrate and stay in Canada. Company will apply Canadian PR resident status for the worker after 2 years
Job Description:
1. Preparation of sizing of rubber material
2. Application of adhesive(glue) to one side of the rubber
3. Steel tank, worker will go inside the chamber to paste the rubber material to the tank’s interior wall
4. Vulcanizing process
Note: The purpose of these tanks is for storage of Sulphuric acid or Hydrochloric acid. The purpose of the rubber is to resist chemical attack against steel surface.
Interview Arrangements:
1st Interview will be held at the country of origin of the worker by the agents. Mass recruitment interview will be held by end of September or later.
2nd Interview will be held by the Canada company manager for skill testing and evaluation purposes.
Once selected, worker is expected to start work in Canada within 1 month.
Work permit and visa application will be arranged for the workers.
Note: Agent Fees is applicable. Fees range from CAD$10,000 to CAD$15,000, depending on worker’s qualifications, skill and experience. 50% of the fees will be collected once worker is selected and employment letter is signed. 25% of the fees will be collected before confirmation and booking of air ticket. 25% of the fees will be collected one week before flight departure.
